You want to lose weight and you're looking for a very simple trick to put in place in order to feel less hungry? Drink a large glass of sparkling water before each meal. Take the time to drink it slowly and you'll see... that you'll feel full up a whole lot faster! If you don't like sparkling water, a large glass of plain water will also do the trick. In general, it's recommended to consume 1.5 litres of water per day. In order to vary the pleasure a little, you can add a few drops of mint to your soda water. Be careful, however, to use only sugar-free preparations and don't use chemical sweeteners! Prepare three small 50cl bottles and put them in the fridge. Perfect the next day! Or why not opt for an iced tea! It's so refreshing! Go sugar free!
